I am Thorsten Binder, I am the Team Lead Professional Service at movingimage. We are basically responsible for technical support, we do managed service and we advise customers on how to best use our products.
What do you like most about your job?
At my job I enjoy the most, that no two days are the same. There are always new topics, there are always new use cases that you have to analyze, and you are faced with new challenges every day.
How would you describe movingimage?
For me, movingimage is a team of young people who are enthusiastic about the job and want to offer our customers the best possible product.
Which feature do you like the most?
Our coolest feature in my opinion is the AI, because you can automatically generate subtitles, for example, and that helps to save a lot of work.
In which business areas are videos still used too rarely?
I think videos are still used too rarely in production. I think you can use a video to train new employees on a new machine, for example.
