Brief
Maritim has an extremely low dropout rate among its trainees. Why? Here, you experience a lot, receive in-depth training, and overtime is not routine... But the hotel chain suffers from the industry's poor reputation. A video was designed to counteract this and thus attract new trainees.
Solution
We staged the training as a fast-paced event: no talking heads, but an energetic sequence of powerful images, gags, and truths about Maritim. The whole thing is carried by a bold voiceover and wild punk pop.
Result
Maritim was thrilled with the result, and its own trainees could strongly identify with the clip.
