Solution
We developed a video concept that dares to take the plunge: Yes, Maritim is old-fashioned, yes, security and routine are important here. But isn't that a good thing? The video pointedly highlights the trends of our fast-paced times and contrasts them with Maritim's values.
Result
A daring and a winning move: The video captures the essence of Maritim and does a lot for the employer's brand. Maritim is now even using it (beyond its career portal) as a general image video.
