Brief
inform GmbH had a problem that many engineering service providers are familiar with: “We can't show our employees on site at the customer's premises, and our office isn't that impressive either. How can we still create an attractive employer branding video? What can we show?”
Solution
Our solution was pure minimalism! We gave the employees a white space as a stage. With just a few props, we showcased their core values in a mixture of prepared scenes and free improvisation. In the corporate look: black, white, and red.
Result
The recruiting video has been performing so well that it’s now in its fourth year of use and has become a flagship of employer branding. We have also produced several times for inform.
