Brief
MINI urgently needed new top-performing salespeople for its dealerships across Germany.
The goal: to find exceptional personalities who truly align with the brand’s dynamic and unconventional spirit.
Solution
We developed a fast, home-story-style video inspired by the iconic MTV Cribs format.
Top salespeople acted as on-screen hosts, guiding viewers through their world.
The concept intentionally left plenty of room for smart humor and spontaneous improvisation, giving the film its authentic and entertaining tone.
Result
Following the release of the recruiting video, 80 new salespeople were successfully hired.
According to MINI, most applicants referred to the video as the reason they applied – feeling personally represented and inspired by the personalities shown on screen.
The film production was also honored with the BCP Award in the category “Best Use of Video.”
