Berlin-Chemie: Event-Based Recruitment Video about the Field Sales Team
Dark humour and carpool karaoke
Video Production
Process
Brief
Alba is desperately looking for drivers. The company's message: You may not get rich here, but you have a job with a lot of freedom and an employer you can rely on. And at Alba, no one needs to pretend.
Solution
This recruiting video accompanies both typical and original Alba drivers on their tours through the urban jungle. To capture the free driving feeling on film, daring multi-perspectives and crazy montage sequences were used. The climax of this recruitment video is a singing finale in the driver's cabin.
Result
This was already our third video production with the Alba Group. Besides successful releases on the homepage, YouTube and Facebook, it was also shown in front of 17,000 spectators in the Mercedes Benz Arena on the big screen at an Alba game.

Voices from our customers
As part of our employer branding efforts, we focus entirely on the needs of our target groups. The seamless collaboration with movingimage enabled us to break new ground for the Charité. Together, we put together a digital event in a very short time. What an achievement!
Susanne Nitzsche
Head of Employer Branding & HR Digitalization
I always notice very quickly when working with service providers whether there is a fit. And when I have the feeling after 1-2 events that these service providers are becoming “friends”, I know that we agree and that it works together. And we have that feeling with movingimage.
Karl Turner
Owner & Strategic Consultant
Thanks to the continuous development of its products, movingimage is also a constant source of inspiration for using new functions and thinking ahead on certain topics.
And that is incredibly enriching for us.
