Brief
Our contacts wanted a "breath of fresh air" to showcase the vibrant world of apprenticeships at the ALBA Group. The aim was to meet the apprentices at eye level — from start to finish. Naturally, events like special team-building activities and the festive certificate ceremony were included in the shooting schedule.
Solution
Depicting the entire apprenticeship period would have exceeded the average length of typical employee videos (about 2 to max. 3 minutes). What keeps the film engaging is the spirited apprentices themselves, as well as the switches in location and job portraits. Numerous shot variations and humorous interludes, like a cheeky take on interview training, also play a part. The comic-style intro, middle, and final chapters round it all off!
Result
The ALBA Group presented the video at numerous career events, where it consistently received positive feedback and sparked strong interest in the apprenticeship opportunities showcased. Today, the ALBA Group is one of our regular clients.
