Brief
Volkswagen commissioned us with the film documentation of its New Sales 2030 Camp. The video for the transformation workshop took place in Potsdam and Berlin and was intended to capture all the highlights of the three-day programme. And to convey a motivating spirit of optimism. To this end, the integration of crisp statements from the participants was requested.
Solution
We mastered the challenge of recording several conference points taking place at the same time with two work units: A team of three (sound operator, cameraman, editor) for the interviews plus editing, and a second cameraman for time-lapse shots and further editing. At the evening event, we came together again and were able to film from two perspectives. This made the event video even more lively.
Result
The event video was very well received by the customer. There was also a broad, positive public response on LinkedIn. Audi board member and camp director Hildegard Wortmann posted the video there, as well as a shortened teaser version a few days earlier.
