"My name is Martina Herak, I work at Union Investment as an IT business analyst and am responsible for video platforms, among other things. Union Investment discovered video very early on as a means of knowledge transfer and communication in order to really reach our advisors, who are so important to us, and also to create proximity to them.

And I still believe that: You could say that VideoManager Pro has been a huge success story in the company. The range of applications has been constantly expanded and more and more people have joined. More and more areas have started to use video and VideoManager Pro, and one of the reasons for this is that VideoManager Pro is also very, very easy to use. As software as a service, it can of course also be accessed via the Internet and this has made collaboration with agencies in particular much easier.our flagship in the video sector is InvestmentTV.

This is a video portal that we make available to our partner banks' advisors, where we provide them with up-to-date information. It contains, for example, product films, explanatory videos, advice guides and campaign videos. We relaunched InvestmentTV two years ago on the basis of CorporateTube. Now InvestmentTV suddenly has a very modern touch. The advisors immediately found their way around it very well. Overall, InvestmentTV has been very, very well received.

We also use movingimage Webcast as a streaming tool. We have had our own in-house studio since April last year and we stream our digital events from our own studio. On the one hand, these are internal employee events. On the other hand, we also stream events to all of our business partners' target groups.

In the beginning, of course, we had to get used to the fact that we were using our own tool. Previously, we always used service providers who did this for us and now that we have a lot of experience with movingimage Webcast and have streamed many events, we find it very easy to use the tool because the controls are very convenient.

The next project we want to launch in the area of video, which is now entering the pilot phase, is our UniTube and the aim and purpose of the whole thing is to enable employees to upload videos they have created themselves and make them available to the rest of the staff. Yes, it has to be said that movingimage is always providing impetus to utilise new functions and think ahead on certain topics thanks to the continuous further development of its products, and I have to say that this has enriched us greatly."
