Brief
Stadtwerke München does not just pay lip service to the compatibility of work and family, it is a value that is lived and breathed. As part of the new employer brand campaign, this value was to be presented in a testimonial video.
Solution
The testimonial video is an empathetic, quasi-documentary employee portrait. We accompany working mum Simone for an afternoon as she looks after her child, and later we also see impressions from her job. The visual worlds merge harmoniously, the worlds of ‘family’ and ‘work’ appear as one.
Result
Stadtwerke's HR video presence works extremely well online and fits in perfectly with the company's image. All of Stadtwerke's employer branding videos were designed and developed with us from the very beginning. Overall, this is already our tenth joint project in eight years.
