Employer brand values are often an abstract matter that requires explanation. Stadtwerke München has also defined new employer brand values for itself in a complex internal process. But how can you explain them to applicants? How do you make it tangible?
Solution
In our recruiting video for Stadtwerke München, we follow four employees whose stories epitomise the values of Stadtwerke. The camera follows them up close, providing empathetic, quasi-documentary images and giving the values a face.
Result
Stadtwerke's HR video presence works extremely well online and fits in perfectly with the company's image. All of Stadtwerke's employer branding videos were designed and developed with us from the very beginning. Overall, this is already our tenth joint project in eight years.
