Brief
For our company movingimage, we were once again allowed to get active. This time it was about promoting our virtual events platform. Three clips were to be gradually placed on LinkedIn for a target group: communication managers for whom the tool can be a great help in organising events. The adverts needed to be eye-catching and work without sound, as many users on the internet also watch in silent mode.
Solution
We decided on a story centred around a communications manager - played by our editor Tatjana. And who works with different techniques: In Episode 01, we transfer Tatjana's event planning stress to the audience with the bodycam strapped around her. Episode 02, filmed in a studio, is pure relaxation: she is offered the virtual events tool in a meditative room. And the final episode takes place after the successful event - and is a super slow-motion oneshot. Confetti rain included!
Result
The episodes were very well received. We will remember them for a long time to come thanks to the very different ways they were staged: Tatjana showed a lot of enthusiasm despite the 7-kilo camera load. Our cameraman was happy not to have to carry this load for once. And our editor had fun mixing Prodigy-like beats and various sound bites. Film-making is always a team-building exercise.
