infracomm GmbH has laid over 14 million meters of fiber optic cable—and more are being added every day. However, its healthy order book is accompanied by a shortage of skilled workers. That is set to change. To keep things moving at high speed, a recruiting video was created to attract more applicants.
Solution
We sent our reporter to work as a fiber optic installer for a day. In reportage style, we show what a typical workday looks like without staging anything. A mixture of situational humor, authentic dialog, and rousing music keeps viewers hooked until the end.
Result
Employees are enthusiastic about the recruiting video, and new applicants have a positive impression of the company. As the centerpiece of a new infracomm campaign, it is also generating more attention on social media.
