The BMW dealership group Michael Schmidt urgently needed automotive mechatronics technicians for the Munich area. To support the recruitment effort, a 30-second cinema spot was created for regional screenings.
The production was designed to be low-effort and streamlined, focusing on maximum impact with minimal resources.
Solution
We wanted to capture the thrill of working on the most beautiful car models – and translate that feeling into a cinematic experience. The result: a fast-paced, beat-driven montage of authentic workshop sounds and tight close-ups that makes the excitement tangible.
The recruiting video was shot in just half a day, using only on-site resources, keeping production lean without sacrificing impact.
