DevOps Engineer (All Genders)

Your Role

• Design, develop and maintain scalable, secure, cloud-native infrastructure on Azure using modern DevOps and Everything-as-Code principles
• Improve and automate existing systems, CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows, ensuring reliability, performance and cost efficiency
• Identify and resolve infrastructure and application deployment issues, promoting observability, monitoring and operational excellence
• Support and collaborate with software engineering teams, providing cloud expertise and guidance on best practices
• Participate in the on-call rotation to ensure 24/7 platform availability

Your Profile

• At least 3 years of cloud engineering experience, with Azure as the primary cloud provider
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, GitOps and Infrastructure-as-Code
• Background in SysOps, system administration or operational engineering environments
• Solid knowledge of cloud security, system hardening, IAM and secure deployment practices
• C1 English proficiency or higher
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Additional skills:

• Degree in computer science, software engineering or a related field
• Experience with CI/CD systems
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., New Relic)
• Cloud certifications in Azure, AWS or GCP
